Dear Friends,
I have willingly served the City of Westwego as Councilman for the past thirty two years and with your support I will continue to serve you and your family with pride and dedication. My experience as an elected official and civic activist gives me a great deal of insight into the needs of our City and the ability to serve you better in our City. In the last thirty two years, I have seen many worthwhile projects go from the planning stage to completion. I am proud to have taken part in this type of development for our City.
However, there are still many needs that must be taken care of. Many plans that are still on the drawing boards that we need to address so that the quality of life we enjoy will continue to grow for all our citizens.
